New Issue: Barclays sells $1.05 million barrier digital notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 8 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.05 million of 0% barrier digital notes due Dec. 16, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 21.25%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline from its initial level if it declines by more than 25%.
