New Issue: BofA prices $4.84 million 8.3% contingent income issuer callable yield notes on indexes

Chicago, Feb. 7 – BofA Finance LLC priced $4.84 million of contingent income issuer callable yield notes due May 4, 2027 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a contingent coupon of 8.3%, payable semiannually, if on the related observation date all three indexes close above their 60% coupon barrier levels.

The securities may be called at par starting Nov. 3, 2022 on any semiannual determination date.
