Chicago, Jan. 31 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.1 million of 6.6% callable equity linked securities due May 2, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Coupon payments will be made quarterly.
The securities may be called at par quarterly starting after six months.
If the index gains or declines but ends above its 60% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
