New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.31 million yield notes linked to Nasdaq-100, S&P 500, iShares ETF

New York, Jan. 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.31 million of yield notes due July 25, 2023 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the S&P 500 index and the iShares Russell 2000 Value ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 5.90004% per year, or 2.95% for the term, paid monthly.

If the worst performing asset finishes at or above 79% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline in the worst performing asset beyond 21%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
