New Issue: Citigroup prices $416,000 variable coupon market-linked notes linked to S&P
Chicago, Jan. 23 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $416,000 of variable coupon market-linked notes due April 27, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 4% on each annual coupon payment date if the index closes above its initial level, otherwise 1%.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the applicable coupon and the notes are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
