New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.54 million contingent interest notes linked to Russell, S&P
New York, Dec. 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.54 million of contingent interest notes due Nov. 29, 2023 linked to the Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 12.2%, paid quarterly, if each underlying index closes at or above its 70% trigger value on the related quarterly observation date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either index closes below its trigger value during the life of the notes and either index finishes below its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing index finishes below its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
