Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 21 – Barclays Bank plc priced $12.97 million of 0% market-linked notes due Dec. 18, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index, up to 26.9%.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
