New Issue: Scotia sells $10.79 million capped enhanced participation notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 19 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $10.79 million of 0% capped enhanced participation notes due Nov. 28, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any gain in the index up to a maximum payout of $1,283 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. is the underwriter. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the dealer.
