New York, Dec. 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.18 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due Jan. 19, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 70% final barrier, the payout at maturity will be par plus the 10.3% digital payment.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the index from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
