Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.9 million of 0% capped digital notes due Dec. 5, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes flat or gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 15%.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
