Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $7.32 million of 0% digital notes due June 3, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Notes and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final level of the index is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 11.4%.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
