Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 30 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $4 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 12, 2028 linked to a basket containing two indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index (80% weight) and the MSCI EAFE index (20% weight).
If the return of basket is greater than or equal to its initial value, the payout will be par plus 132% of the basket return.
If the basket falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the basket beyond 20%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
