New York, Nov. 22 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.22 million of variable coupon market-linked notes due Sept. 30, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 5% on each annual coupon payment date if the index closes above its initial level, otherwise they will receive a coupon of 1.5%.
The payout at maturity will be par and the notes are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
