New Issue: GS Finance prices $2.01 million autocallable notes tied to S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 21 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.01 million of 0% autocallable notes due Nov. 20, 2025 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus a 15.35% annualized call premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual valuation date.

If the notes are not called and the index finishes flat or gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 46.05%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
