New Issue: Citigroup prices $569,000 12% callable contingent coupon notes on Nasdaq, Russell, S&P

Chicago, Nov. 8 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $569,000 of callable contingent coupon equity linked securities due March 13, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 12% per year, paid monthly, if the worst performing index closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the related valuation date.
The securities may be called starting June 10 at par and on any subsequent monthly review date.
The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing index ends at or above its 70% final barrier. Otherwise investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
