New York, Nov. 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.37 million of 0% capped notes due Oct. 31, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the return of the index capped at par plus 22.25%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines subject to a minimum payout of 95% of par.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
