New Issue: Citigroup prices $210,000 dual directional buffer securities linked to Russell, S&P

Chicago, Oct. 28 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $210,000 of 0% dual directional buffer securities due March 5, 2025 linked to an equally weighted basket comprised of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the basket gains, the payout will be par plus the basket return, capped at par plus 25%.

The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return if the basket declines no more than 15%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the basket declines beyond 15%.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
