Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.43 million of 0% capped buffered equity notes due May 27, 2025 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final level of the index is greater than its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index’s return with a maximum payout of par plus 58%.
If the final level of the index is less than its initial level by up to 20%, par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% that the lesser-performing index declines beyond 20%.
