New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $800,000 callable yield notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Oct. 17 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $800,000 of 9% callable yield notes due Oct. 24, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the index closes below its knock-in level, 70% of its initial level, on any day during the life of the notes and finishes below its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.
The notes will be callable at par on any monthly interest payment date after three months.
