New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.45 million market-linked securities on S&P, Stoxx

Chicago, Oct. 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.45 million of market-linked securities due Feb. 22, 2027 linked to the least performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 148.6% of the any gain of the least performing index.
If the worst performer declines, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer to a minimum payout of 90% of par.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
