Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 10 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1 million of 0% enhanced geared buffer digital securities due April 10, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index finishes at or above its 80% buffer value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 14.8%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% index decline beyond 20% of its initial value.
