New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6.77 million 8.3% yield notes linked to S&P 500

New York, Oct. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.77 million of yield notes due Nov. 30, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 8.3%, paid monthly.

If the index finishes at or above 75% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.33333% for each 1% decline of the index beyond 25%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
