New Issue: JPMorgan prices $20.79 million Trigger PLUS linked to S&P 500
New York, Sept. 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $20.79 million of 0% Trigger PLUS due Sept. 6, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of the index return.
Investors will receive par if the index return is negative but ends at or above the 75% trigger and will lose 1% for every 1% decline if it ends below the trigger level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
