Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $11.65 million of 0% trigger gears due Sept. 3, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.03 times any index gain.
If the index falls by up to 50%, the payout will be par.
If the index falls by more than 50%, investors will be fully exposed to the index decline from its initial level.
