Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.48 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Sept. 25, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of par plus 32.4%.
If the index return is flat or greater than or equal to the 82.5% buffer level, investors will receive par.
If the index falls by more than 17.5%, investors will lose 1.2121% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
