Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $30.02 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Aug. 28, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times the index gain, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,312.80 per $1,000 principal amount.
If the index finishes flat or falls by up to 17.5%, the payout will be par.
If the index falls by more than 17.5%, investors will lose 1.2121% for each 1% decline beyond the 17.5% buffer.
