Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 3 – GS Finance Corp. priced $3.81 million of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Aug. 4, 2025 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus an 11% annualized call premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual valuation date.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus 33% if the index finishes at or above its initial level.
If the index declines by up to 20%, the payout will be par; otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index from its initial level.
