Columbus, Ohio, July 29 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $2.76 million of 0% capped enhanced participation notes due April 26, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any gain in the index up to a maximum payout of $1,318.90 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. is the underwriter. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the dealer.
