New Issue: UBS prices $10 million trigger yield notes linked to S&P

Columbus, Ohio, July 18 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $10 million of 7.1% trigger yield notes due April 6, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the final level of the index is less than 70% of the initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to all losses.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
