New Issue: UBS prices $6.13 million airbag yield notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, April 12 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $6.13 million of 7.55% annualized airbag yield notes due Sept. 11, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the final index level is less than the 80% downside threshold, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Securities Inc. are the underwriters.
