Columbus, Ohio, July 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $8.42 million of 0% market-linked notes due June 30, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 19.5%. Otherwise, investors will receive par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as placement agents.
