Buffalo, N.Y., June 16 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $4.5 million of 0% market-linked notes due June 15, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 34%. Otherwise, investors will receive par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
