New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.03 million market-linked notes on index basket

Buffalo, N.Y., June 8 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.03 million of 0% market-linked notes due June 5, 2025 linked to an equally-weighted basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain capped at 19%. Otherwise, investors will receive par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
