New Issue: GS Finance sells $804,000 index-linked notes on S&P, Nasdaq, Dow

Chicago, May 31 – GS Finance Corp. priced $804,000 of 0% index-linked notes due Nov. 3, 2026 tied to the S&P 500 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times the least performing index’s return.

If any index falls by up to 35%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the lesser index return.

If any index falls by more than 35%, investors will be exposed to the decline of the least performing index from its initial level.
