New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1 million 5.15% fixed income buffered securities on Dow, S&P
New York, May 20 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1 million of fixed income buffered securities due March 18, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index and Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 5.15%, paid monthly.
If the worst performing index gains or declines by no more than 20%, the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
