New Issue: JPMorgan prices $676,000 review notes linked to two indexes, ETF
New York, May 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $676,000 of 0% review notes due Oct. 11, 2024 linked to the iShares Russell 2000 Value ETF, the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will automatically be called at par plus a 12% annualized call premium if each asset closes at or above its initial level starting Oct. 12, 2022 and on each subsequent quarterly review date.
If the worst performing asset finishes at or above its 65% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
