New Issue: Citi sells $8.71 million enhanced barrier digital securities on S&P, ARK ETF

Columbus, Ohio, May 13 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $8.71 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due June 15, 2023 linked to the worst performing of the ARK Innovation ETF and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If neither index has ever closed below its 50% barrier level during the life of the notes, the payout at maturity will be par plus 28%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any decline of the laggard index or receive par if both indexes finish at or above their initial levels.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
