New Issue: Barclays prices $1.16 million leveraged upside participation market-linked notes on S&P

Chicago, May 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.16 million of 0% market-linked securities with leveraged upside participation and contingent downside due Oct. 4, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 107% times any gain in the index.
If the index falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the index.
