New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.06 million capped buffered equity notes linked to Nasdaq, S&P

New York, April 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.06 million of 0% capped buffered equity notes due April 25, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the worst performing index, capped at par plus 22.05%. The payout will be par if the worst performing index declines but by no more than the 30% buffer. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
