New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.6 million 8.1% autocallable yield notes linked to Dow, Nasdaq, S&P

New York, April 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.6 million of autocallable yield notes due July 26, 2023 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 8.1%, paid monthly.

The securities will be called automatically at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on Oct. 21, 2022, Jan. 23, 2023 or April 21, 2023.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless any index closes below its 70% downside threshold level during the life of the notes and any index finishes below its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performer finishes below its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
