Columbus, Ohio, April 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5.65 million of 7% yield notes due June 16, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below 80% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% loss of the worse performing asset beyond 20%.
