New Issue: JPMorgan sells $3.35 million buffered participation securities tied to S&P

Columbus, Ohio, April 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.35 million of 0% buffered participation securities due April 26, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain capped at $10.90 per $10 security.

Investors will receive par if the index declines by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond the 10% buffer.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as dealer.
