New Issue: Barclays sells $1.34 million buffered digital notes on S&P

Chicago, April 19 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.34 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Sept. 29, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 90% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 7.8%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond 10%.
