New York, April 7 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $10 million of jump securities with autocallable feature due April 5, 2032 linked to S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically starting April 10, 2023 at a price to give a return of 8.65% per year on any annual call determination date.
At maturity the payout will be par plus 86.5% if the index finishes above its initial level.
Otherwise investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
