Buffalo, N.Y., March 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2 million of 0% digital equity notes due July 19, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above 82.5% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 8.68%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.2121% for every 1% decline below 17.5%.
