Buffalo, N.Y., March 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.71 million of 0% contingent digital buffered notes due March 29, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index gains, finishes flat or falls by up to 15%, payout at maturity will be par plus 7.75%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.176471% for each 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
