New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.34 million autocallable contingent interest notes on indexes, ETF

New York, March 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.34 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Dec. 14, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares Russell 2000 Value ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 9.95%, paid quarterly, if each underlier closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the related quarterly observation date.

The securities will be called automatically starting Sept. 12, 2022 if the level of each underlier is greater than or equal to its initial price and on any subsequent quarterly review date.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless any underlier closes below its 50% trigger level during the life of the notes and any underlier finishes below its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performer finishes below its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co..
