New Issue: UBS prices $83.44 million capped leveraged notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, March 11 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $83.44 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due April 12, 2023 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times the gain, capped at a maximum payout of par plus 26.25%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
