New Issue: Barclays prices $1.43 million buffered SuperTrack notes linked to S&P, Russell
Chicago, Feb. 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.43 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due May 31, 2022 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the lesser-performing index’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the lesser-performing index’s return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 8.75%.
If the lesser-performing index declines by 10% or less, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the lesser-performing index declines beyond 10%.
