New Issue: JPMorgan sells $500,000 buffered digital notes on S&P, Russell

New York, Feb. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due March 13, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the least performing index is greater than or equal to the digital barrier, 90% of its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 6%.
If the least performing index is less than the digital barrier but not less by more than the 13.2% buffer amount, investors will receive par.
If the least performing index is less than the digital barrier by more than the 13.2% buffer, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least performing index declines beyond the 13.2% buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
